For example, when going to a job site, a manager could quickly view and filter the records for that area, without having to navigate through each individual form type and apply the filters separately.

Additionally, this feature would greatly improve the internal team management capabilities. If a team member is unexpectedly absent, other team members would be able to quickly identify and access the pending tasks assigned to the absent colleague. By having the ability to filter and view all forms in a specific location or status, the risk of overlooking any critical tasks would be significantly reduced.
