Display the location of the user on the model

Enable GPS location of user on the model (the "blue dot"), based on the device location service, to allow a user to better orient themselves while on the construction site.

UPD.: "As a field engineer, I want the mobile app to display my current location with station and offset relative to a selected reference alignment so that I can understand my position in relation to the design model."
